Kitchen could be anything from a small galley style space to a large combination of kitchen, butler’s pantry, walk-in pantry and beverage center. It may have an island or a peninsula and will usually include a range, hood, refrigerator, sink(s) and may also have a microwave and/or other appliances.
Primary/Master Bath is a bathroom adjacent to the owner’s bedroom which is full or three-quarter, meaning it will have a toilet, sink(s), tub/shower or shower.
Powder Room is a bathroom with only a toilet and a sink.
Full remodel may include a change to the footprint of the space and could include removing/adding walls or expanding into adjoining rooms. K&BV will perform all aspects of the job including demo, construction, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, shower enclosures and hardware.
Rip & Replace will keep the same footprint as you have now but will be a “refresher”, replacing the outdated look of all the components. We can still address all aspects of the job including demo, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, shower enclosures and hardware BUT there generally isn’t much construction in this type of job and depending on the age of the electrical and plumbing, that may be limited as well.
Kitchen Cabinets Only (no installation) should be selected when you already have your own contractor who will be doing the full renovation but you just need to source the cabinetry. In this situation, we would work with you on the design and then when the cabinets are ordered, they will simply arrive at your jobsite.
Kitchen Cabinets & Countertops only (installed) should be selected when you already have your own contractor doing a build BUT you would prefer to have our installers handle the kitchen cabinets and countertops. If it’s part of a larger project, your contractor will likely handle the backsplash tiling as well but that is also something we can do. Once we install the cabinets, we will template for a countertop and it will get installed approximately one week later.
